Upping your Exposure
The site can be really busy form time to time - I have seen as many as 200 concurrent connections (on the old inefficient site).
Most properties on the old site got about 500 hits in a year, most banners got close to 1,000 hits.
That means that the site benefits everyone financially no matter how much or little you put into it.

There are a few ways you can really up your exposure on the frontpage (and other pages) and in the list views.
These are featured listing Catagory (list views) and Featured listing (Front Page)
Obviously the featured listing front page is the best one!

You have a choice of ways to get the site visible:
Time - For a given number of days - the most expensive option and probably not the best way of going about things UNLESS you are running some kind of seasonal promo
Impressions - cheap, but no guarantees that people have seen you (because it is the amount of times your entry displays)
Hits - the most expensive (but also the most guaranteed) way of ensuring people actually click on your entry.
