Pension Haus Maria is a Traditional Austrian Bed & Breakfast (Frühstück) Pension. Located at 1150m on the high plateau that is Ramsau Am Dachstein. South facing and backing directly on to The Dachstein Massive it has stunning views of mountains in every direction. Just 1 hr S.E. of Salzburg we are ideally situated for The Lakes to the north around Sankt Wolfgang, The Eagles Nest, Großglockner, Nockalmstraße, Mariazell and much, much more.
The bedrooms are all en suite with Balcony and Sat TV. There are 4 double and one triple rooms with all towels, linen, bedding and basic toiletries provided. In addition there is a guests TV/DVD/XBox lounge, small bar, free WiFi, drying facilities and free boot dryers, luggage storage and a free secure dedicated Biker Garage with maintenance and wash facilities. Subject to availability, the minibus is available for local trips to restaurants in the evenings and for trips out. Pension Haus Maria is a Schladming Dachstein Summer Card Partner and all of our guests receive The Summer Card as part of their stay during The Summer Card period. The card gives free access to over 100 attractions, sights and facilities including lifts, cable cars and local Toll Roads with discounts on over 80 more. For example, the Dachstein Glacier and Toll road is over €32,- but is free with The Summer Card.
Your hosts, Ali & Denise are bikers themselves and, circumstances permitting, are more than happy to accompany you on a Ride Out and show you the sights. Before moving to Austria Ali had much experience of bringing organised groups to Europe and moving to Austria was the culmination of their dream. Pension Haus Maria is certainly in the heart of Biking Heaven.
